Ergo, the more and varied challenges we face, the more we train ourselves to think inventively – with a clean slate every time.
A substantial part of what we do at this company is designing change in behaviour. We dig deeper into the subconscious and unconscious mind of a consumer to define and insert new belief systems. Now without meaning to get biblical about it, the office desk hijacking is just us doing upon ourselves what we like to do unto others.
Now while conventional logic may not term this a happy work environment, it is in fact a good way to bring team members from different disciplines closer, for a richer and more efficient cross-pollination of ideas and experiences.
Besides, whether human beings or businesses, nothing can be as dangerous as getting too comfortable in one’s ways. We have learnt to be comfortable about being uncomfortable. Both, in work and life.
